Shadow along the kitchen line, paddle up, light feet. 4 widths down and back.

Add Dinks

Add soft dinks while moving laterally. Keep contact in front.

Stop & Balance

After every 3rd ball, pause in ready stance for 2 seconds. Feel balance.
